Why can't I access a subscription service (e.g., Foxtel) on Apple devices with Nord VPN connected to Australia?

Why can’t I access a subscription service e.g. Foxtel in Australia when overseas using Nord VPN connected back to Australia. This only occurs on Apple devices.

I have no problem access via my windows laptop.

Ask Nord VPN or Foxtel.

has nothing to do with Apple.

Beyond the usefulness of “coffee shop” VPNs for tracking the complete and detailed personally-identified activities of their users, VPNs and the IP address ranges VPNs can share are can be used to scrape, attack, and defraud websites and web services.
