La única forma de instalar sistema es con otra Mac con Apple Configurator

Con Sequoia 15.4 los equipos con chip M1 tienen un problema, no puedes instalar MacOS desde el recovery, desde una USB, solo con otra Mac en DFU.

Can you boot the machine and log into your user account?
