If the home button doesn't work, you can't get past that. You will need to take it to your closest Apple Store Genius Bar, but honestly, it wouldn't be worth spending money to fix such an old, out of date, no longer supported iPhone as an iPhone 6s.

When the Home Button doesn’t work, it is usually most certainly a physical or hardware issue. I would suggest service, but the iPhone 6s’s status is Mixed, meaning you may or may not be able to get service on it. It depends on whether the store has the parts for it, and they aren’t obligated to have them on hand. If you want to go on a search, you can try to get it serviced. But honestly I wouldn’t suggest it as the iPhone is old enough as it is and putting more money into the iPhone isn’t the most feasible option as very soon it will be entirely discontinued.

When encountering difficulties with the App Store or iTunes, it is often indicative of a payment-related issue.

In this case, I recommend contacting Apple Support for help from an Apple advisor.

In addition; your iPhone 6S has reached the end-of-life support for Software Updates to the latest iOS operating system, which makes it vulnerable to online malicious cyberattacks.
