Yeah it’s Verizon , I’m going to have to do a factory reset because I have own a business. I deal with sensitive information.

im thinking of getting a burner phone for that info . All phones can be hacked , it’s the issue how talented the scammer is .

i heard some people did get hacked while owning a I phone

Contact back Verizon and ask to be escalated to a senior support advisor. Whoever you spoke with wasn’t very helpful. Your carrier account may be compromised, but your iPhone most certainly isn’t. iPhones are not susceptible to hacks unless they are jailbroken. Jail breaking is done physically with hundreds of thousands of dollars and extensive expertise, and usually only targets high status people.

I called my carrier I told them about the phone breaches , they took a look at my account and said it hasn’t been compromised. I have all safety measures on .i still don’t know how they did that .

so, the hacker took my number then erased the evidence .

If your phone isn't jailbroken (if it is, sure you could be hacked), you haven't been hacked. Do you have any idea how much money and sophisticated equipment is required to hack an iPhone? The FBI couldn't hack into one and one can bet the FBI has access to technology the average person couldn't even dream of. Next, unless you're an extremely important person on the world stage, you know, like Senator, Congressman, Amabasador, CEO of a multi-billion dollar corporation, you really aren't worth being hacked. Bottom line, it's extremely difficult and beyond ridiculously expensive to hack an iPhone. The chances someone actually hacked you are remote to none. I’ve seen YouTube videos of I phones being hacked . Any phone can be hacked .

im afraid of calling sensitive numbers, and have a guy ease dropp pretending to be working for the company . That’s happened a few times .

the guy that scammed me for my bank info asked a bunch of questions for my phone . I know what the guy sounds like . When I called my bank back . It sounded like the scammer . I’m paranoid because he took my personal information. Email address and age . Which the bank already knows and those aren’t the correct way to go on a bank call.

And you can find YouTube videos purporting the earth is flat. That doesn't prove you've been hacked. As I said, it's EXTREMELY difficult and VERY EXPENSIVE to hack an iPhone. If someone called you and you gave that person personal banking information, you allowed yourself to be scammed on the banking side. That isn't your iPhone being hacked. It sounds like you shared information with a scammer. That's unfortunate, for sure, but that has NOTHING to do with Apple or iPhone.

Looks like you are confusing jailbreaking with hacking.

Jailbreaking can be done for almost nothing in terms of dollars. We're not going to provide any details or examples here though, since the hosts will remove the info anyway.

And I've seen videos on YouTube of aliens abductions. That doesn't prove anything.

Just because you fell victim to a scam doesn't mean your phone was hacked or cloned.

Then why was my phone number breached ? It seems like I can’t do anything with this info anyways , they have the number and they can impersonate me .

it was showed I was breached 4 times I’m. Im not lying about that

At this point, it's pretty clear you aren't listening to us and we aren't confirming what you hoped we would. We can't help you. If you are convinced you've been a victim of a scam, you need to go to the police and hire an attorney. That's outside the scope of anything anyone here can do for you.
