How can I verify if my iPhone has been cloned and is on a different carrier after a breach?

I downloaded a Verizon app that was free and it says my phone number has been breached since 2017 . The current was march 5 2025 . It was breached 5 times

I talked to my carrier they can’t do anything about it .

anyway to check if my phones been cloned and on a different carrier?

iPhone Blocking By PTA Apple has given me new iPhone 7 plus as replacement of my old iPhone 7 Plus, which was PTA (Pakistan Telecommunication authority) approved and working well in Pakistan, but after replacing, IMEI number of new phone has changed and this new IMEI is not registered in Pakistan, which results in blocking by PTA, As PTA is charging heavy amount pkr-98,088 (USD-450) for registering new phone.
