Why are .js, .xml, and excel-labs-strings files showing up in file searches on my iMac?

When I search for documents on my iMac (2017-Intel), I have tons of .js, AppxManifest.xml, Manifest.xml, excel-labs-strings & excel_python files on my Mac.

I deleted Chrome as I only used it for Gmail thinking that was a contributing factor, but I'm still seeing these files.

Any ideas or suggestions?

When searching for file contents in Finder, you can see where each matching file is located inside the file system. The matching file might be inside some other construct, such as some document container. I’d guess you’re finding matches inside Microsoft (Office / 365 Copilot / whatever) documents, for whatever target you’re searching for.
