I canceled an apple payment that I sent to someone, which was $365. It has been 3 days and I still have not gotten a refund, and I read it should take 1-3 days. When will my money get back into my account?

That has normally been reported as 1 to 3 business days. Since this is Monday, it may have only been 1 business day. It also would not be unreasonable to wait 3-5 business days, but the reports I have seen have been closer to the 3 days. Here is a similar post:
