The setting application disappeared from my desktop on iPhone 15. I can access settings by entering search, but how can I get the icon back on desktop?

Swipe on your homepage from right to left until you arrive at the App Library. Look for the settings app and hold it with your finger and slide it back to whatever home page you want.
