I'm a huge fan of Michael Peter Smith from the Chicago folk scene. Apple's "About Michael Smith" describes a completely different person.

Apple gets its information from the artist or their label or distributor, and from what I have seen on this Forum will not react to user input. Contact Michael (or his label or distributor) and alert them to the situation so they can take appropriate corrective action.
