Is 62% battery health normal after 339 cycles on MacBook Air M1?

I am reaching out regarding some concerns with my M1 MacBook Air (2020), which I have owned for approximately three years. The battery health has declined to 62%, with a cycle count of 339. I feel this level of degradation is quite significant and am wondering if there are any available solutions or support options to address it.

Additionally, my MacBook frequently shuts down unexpectedly when the battery level is between 38% and 45%. I suspect this issue may be related to the battery's condition.

I would appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide regarding these issues.

No. It's not normal, and the battery needs to be replaced.
