How can I wipe my iPhone if the screen is partially unresponsive?

Getting right to the point, I cannot wipe my old iPhone 11. The reason being is that the screen is partially unresponsive. There is a section on the right side that completely doesn’t work at all. Due to this, I can’t use certain keys on the keyboard or even use that side at all. I’ve looked up ways to wipe an old phone if the screen doesn’t work, but I do not own a Mac book. Feedback would be greatly appreciated in this dire situation!
