Ok so if someone wrote down the eSIM number I won’t be hacked , ok
so basically the scammer just left his mark and went on a new target? He went through my bank account, took $2800 I got that back . I hope I won’t see him again . I should be smart next time ?
NO ONE hacked your bank account through the eSim on your iPhone. It's just NOT possible. You want a scapegoat, it's clear. But what you keep asking is implausible at best. It's more likely you verified your backing information as part of a scam message you received, without realizing you were being scammed. We ALL get such scam messages, emails, etc., on a daily basis. Sorry you were disadvantaged, but it's not your phone which was hacked. It's beyond expensive to hack an iPhone. Way more expensive than the money you claim to have lost. It's also extremely difficult to hack an iPhone. And the only people at risk or who are worthy of a hacking attempt in the first place are people at the highest levels of society. Senators, Congressman, Ambassadors, CEO's of $Multi-Billion corporations. I'm guessing you aren't likely at that level now, are you?

What about a e SIM ? Is there an app that can tell if the scammer took my eSIM? Also can I talk to my carrier to change e sim numbers and keep my phone ? Is that possible?
You are free to contact your carrier to ask them for a new number and no your eSim cannot be cloned and used on another device. Your carrier provisions the eSim to only work with your IMEI number and cannot be used on multiple devices. You may also want to review your other related posts here for the information that has already been provided.
No
SEID is related to the Secure Element and has nothing to do with telecommunications or hacking. It’s a chip identification number used by financial institutions and services.
You can not 'give someone your esim'. You were not hacked.
Let it go.
Whatever they did to your bank account had absolutely nothing to do with your eSim or your iPhone.
Try to be more aware of what you're responding to. The weakest link in the security chain sits between your keyboard and your chair.

it won’t be hacked on “imei”? Also? Any good websites to check on imei?
Any website that claims to be able to check an IMEI number is unreliable at best and in the worst cast is just a scam to get your money.

What makes you think a scammer took your eSIM?
Because , I feel like that the scammer is still around on my phone , I think I gave him my eSIM I think not sure because I was stupid and I thought he was my bank this was like 5 months ago .
Sorry I’m not trying to be mean. I’ll stop it from here , I’m just asking questions .

Asking question is great as long as you pay attention to the answers.
