How to prevent frequent screen breakage on Macbook Air M1?

I trade my 2020 Macbook Pro in for the Macbook Air in 2021 just because the processor was faster, which was THE WORST decision of my life. My screen has broken THREE TIMES without any drops or anything scratching or hitting the glass. Has anyone else had this experienced and if so, how many times have you repaired it?

Is a cracked MacBook bezel considered a cracked screen? So, like several others I've seen on here, the bezel below the screen on my 13" M2 MacBook Air cracked, just outside of warranty. Due to other hardware issues I've had despite taking very good care of this incredibly fragile machine, I've decided I want to switch to a Mac mini for my desktop and use my iPad with a keyboard for any on-the-go stuff. Screen crack MacBook Air M1 Having read so many posts about screen cracks appearing with no impact cannot believe it’s a known fault that apple seem to do nothing about. I bought my MacBook Air September 2021 and in January I noticed a digital screen crack. My laptop sits at my desk always cased and never dropped . It’s being claimed that the reason my laptop has said screen crack is due to a crumb causing impact . Unbelievable when they’ve said to fix is going to cost £470. After spending nearly 1k on this laptop for it to longer work after just over a year and being asked to pay nearly £500 is absolutely awful.

m1 mac book air screen crack My 2020 mac book air m1 screen cracked seemingly for no reason. I see several other people posting about this online. May i ask if anyone has received a repair out of warranty for free on this and if so how they approached Apple?
