since 15.4.1 update, i have major finder issues, troubles, can i rollback to 15.4 ? 15.4 was perfect !
before, all was fine!

Restarting worked to fix the issue for me. Disappointing Apple can't get the basics right.

the finder copies an external disc, when i move it slightly on the desktop.
• all safari links will be downloaded, instead of opened in a tab
• external keyboard output has weird typo

Have you shut down and restarted more than once since your 15.4.1 point update...
yes rebooted several times. no luck
the finder and safari was acting so severely weird, that i had to wipe my mbp m1 ssd and install a fresh sequoia from web, with a fresh new user. i didnt migrate the user from my tm backup. i only restored my icloud backup.
took me 1 day to install all logic plugins, instruments and 3 mail accounts + other endless finder & folder settings :)
now it works again! i usually have to repeat this every 1 or 2 years... you?
