Menus opening up when dragging scroll bars on Mac after macOS Sequoia upgrade

I just recently upgraded my OS to Sequoia. Things have been going fine for weeks, and then yesterday for whatever reason, I am noticing this strange phenom going on whenever I grab a scroll bar to move it, online in a browser or even in software programs. While dragging the scroll bar, things are popping up on my screen out of nowhere. What do I mean? Well, like, little menus and widgets, like this. You can see the scroll bar in the background, and I was just dragging it downward, and this submenu popped up...sometimes it can be a widget, like the weather, or time and date. I don't know what's going on. I didn't turn anything on or off recently. Any ideas? How do I make this stop?
