How can I connect a flash drive with my iPhone 16 Pro Max to move pictures?

I would like to take pictures off of my iPhone 16 pro max onto a flash drive easily and be able to view when I want with ability to put back on the phone if needed

Is there a photostick or thumb drive that works with Iphone 16 Pro Max? I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max and need to offload a lot of pictures from my phone and iCloud on to a photo stick or a thumb/flash drive (I really don’t want to incur additional cost to buy more iCloud space). Will the Omni Photo Stick or the SanDisk Ixpand thumb drive work on my I16 Pro Max phone ?

You need a USB-C flashdrive designed for smartphones. The SanDisk iXpand series works well.
