Voice to Text not working in car via BlueTooth.

I have a 14 Pro Max up to date software wise and this all started about a year and a half ago.

I have a work 15 Pro that seems to use voice to text just fine in the same vehicle. 2016 Soul.

I’ve seen an older post about this that starts like this:

I have an iPhone 15 Pro that is current on all updates. Speech to text works fine when I am not connected to my car.

The posted solution reads as this:

Problem Solved: I just called Apple Support and they were able to fix the problem. They had me go to Settings > General > Keyboard, and turn OFF "Enable Dictation." I then powered my phone off & on. When it powered on, they had me turn ON "Enable Dictation" again. Problem solved!

My issue is that the solution works, for THAT car ride. Next time the car is turned off and then back on, it’s broken again.

Has anyone had this issue and resolved it?

On your device, go to Settings > Bluetooth and turn on Bluetooth. Stay on this screen until you've completed the steps to pair your accessory.
