Why can't I change app privacy settings for Photos and Camera on my iPhone?

When I opened up an app like Instagram, iMovie, Snapchat and tik tok the photos and camera can be used and when I got to privacy settings it wont allow me to change it as the apps aren’t there.

so why can I not change it and what do I need to do to fix it ?

Unable to change privacy settings for apps accessing photos In Settings-Privacy & Security-Photos: some apps can have access to full photo album, none, or “Private Access”. I can click on the app and used to be able to change the access, but every app that says Private Access I am unable to change, there is not even an option anymore since 10/22/23. «Private access» for photos on certain apps? I am currently running iOS 17.1.1 on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I am having a problem with the «Private access» when I am posting my photos on Google Maps. It’s very annoying because I cannot upload so much photos and it takes a long time to actually show up on the app. A few days before this private access thing started coming up it had no problem and Google Maps was able to access my whole photo library without the private access thing popping up. I have tried going into the Privacy settings for photos to turn it off but there is no option to turn it off. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and maybe another way to disable it?

Please follow this path,

iPhone > Settings > scroll down > Apps > Instagram > enable or disable desired features

Repeat above for various apps.
