I bought used vanmoof and i want to add it to the find my app but the app warns me that it is still added to the previous owner’s apple device

Yea ask the owner to remove
If you have bought a used iPhone that is Activation-Locked to someone else, return it to the seller and get your money back – if you can.

No no i bought new iphone but the bike which I bought is used and I want to add it to find my app. Previous owner didn’t remove the bike from his old iphone. So when I am adding to find my app is warning that is already added to some other device.
