How do I fix camera issues on iPhone 13 Pro Max?

My iphone 13 pro max camera problems ?


First : Why the reflections of the light like that when its night photos, while my friend have same iphone 13 pro max and the light reflection not showing while he taking photos, of course i set all camera settings same as his camera settings but still same problem ? Why is that and how to fix it ?


Second : i got dark dot in portrait mode or in camera mode in 3x zoom, but in videos and normal camera mode .5x and 1x no problem, this dark blurry point only shows from upper camera if i put my finger on it, why is that and how to fix it ?

You can’t shoot scenery or urban landscapes in portrait mode. The camera tried to warn you. Do you see the warning at top of the screen, “place subject within 8 feet.” Don’t use portrait mode if you aren’t shooting people or some pets.


Does the black dot appear in all your photos? If so, is it always in the same spot?


The reflections are called flare and are an optical phenomenon that all lenses exhibit to one degree or another. There is not much to be done to minimize the effect. Try framing your shots to minimize the flare.


Do you have a protective cover over your lenses? If so, remove it. Protective covers will make the flare more noticeable.
