Why are my Apple Music albums split on Mac, also can I change the Lossless settings without a subscription?

Im at a bit of a loss as to what to do so I'm reaching out to the forum to see if someone can

I have an album downloaded into my Apple Music. But for some reason the album is split into two. 3 tracks on one and 9 tracks on the other. When I view the tracks in the app on my MacBook there is no difference in the info other than the 9 tracks have a lossless icon at the top.

Im assuming as I don't have a subscription im unable to change this, but im not sure. On my iPhone the album is showing as complete. So this issue is on my MacBook.

I also note that when I view in Finder all the track on this album are listed as protected mpeg4 audio.

ive uninstalled the album and re-downloaded, and still get the same issue.

Any ideas how I can make the album as one on my Mac ?
