The last 2 weeks I noticed that every time I click the presentation button, no matter what size the presentation has (even only one black slide), keynote takes 15 seconds or more to star the presentation.

Do you have any built-in animations set for the first slide?
That's the first thing that comes to mind - check Inspector -> Animate -> Build Order for the first slide and see if the first (any?) object has a delayed start
Yes, it happens with just a blank presentation, and also with every other presentation.
Yesterday I deleted the Keynote cache folders and the problem is still happening.
I'm running masOS Sequoia 15.4 on a MacBook Pro M1.
Really thinking in making a full backup and restore to default my Mac.

I already deleted Keynote, reinstalled it, and the problem continues.
Trying now to clear Keynote cache to see if problem continues.
Are you saying this happens for a new, blank presentation? That does seem odd. I was assuming it was some issue with a specific presentation file.
What system are you running this on?
