Unable to redeem my Apple Gift Card or upload receipt

I bought a prepaid $50 gift card Apple card from rite aid in Puyallup Washington yesterday and I can't get it to I can't use it and I was on the support page this is now the second day they sent me a link to download or upload my verification my receipt and my card and it keeps sending me down to after I fill everything out and push confirm it sends me right back to where I have to fill it out all over again never succeeding to upload my photographs and it's really annoyed me I'm pretty angry about it I'm not rich so that $50 is a lot of money for me and I don't want to refund I just want another card and I can't get anybody to help me every time I tried to upload my photographs to the chat page where I'm chatting with somebody it cuts me off I have to start all over again
