Unable to re-download my purchased album on iTunes

I purchased Fleetwood Mac “Rumors” a few years ago. Recently it stopped playing on my iPhone so I deleted it.

In the iTunes Store it shows “Purchased” but will not let me download it.

When I go in the iTunes app and click the dots, then go to Purchased it is not listed.

I just want to reload the album. How can I do this?
