Brand new iPad Air will not play iTunes

My brand new iPad Air will not play iTunes. I have Apple One plus ITunes match plus about 7500 purchases from the Apple music store. On my other 2 ipads plus my iphone about 1/2 my library will not play.

Apple support, a lady, a technical specialist, told me I had to resurrect 2001 Windows Laptop and resink iTunes. Obviously I no longer have that device. So the support person told me nothing could be done and all my $10,000 - $12,000 worth of Apple Music is now gone, tuff luck. She prohibited me from talking to anyone else at Apple. Anyone else, having this problem? I first noticed yesterday, 7/2/2025 at 11PM. Prior to that never a problem with iTunes on any device from any manufacturers.
