What to do when Apple denies my refund after an Apple Gift Card fraud?

Hi,

Recently i became victim to an online fraud/scam where i purchased few Apple gift codes and shared with scammer thinking that he was my colleague. In few mins, i got to know that it was a scam and immediately i called apple support and blocked the codes. I gave all the valid proofs to apple support to prove my case is genuine and got an assurance from Apple representative that the issue will be resolved amicably. Now Apple comes back and says the fund is depleted. It's an injustice for me especially when Apple knows that these funds were not used by anyone and there was a scam involved. It may not be a great (Rs 30000) fund for Apple but definitely for me and my family it is my hard-earned money. Please let me know if there is any way to escalate and get a refund/gift card from apple. Thankyou. 99*******67
