Logic Pro Charged Twice, got refunded for one. Now I couldn't update.

I was charged twice by apple by purchasing Logic Pro a few months ago. I disputed and got refunded for one, all along I thought I still have the license since I could still use it perfectly until I had to update the app. It says Logic Pro cannot be updated because it was refunded or purchased with a different Apple Account. I only have one apple account, I also have only one computer for Logic Pro.

Any idea? Thanks for your help.
