I'm working just fine with flex pitch in the arrange window, but not able to see a flex button in the audio editor. My goal is to create midi and score from the mono audio. The 'view' menu in the editor doesn't show any flex options either.

I can clearly see FlexPitch in the Main Window. If you like to edit in the Audio File Editor instead, you need to select "Track" in the upper window of the Audio File Editor.
ps, 'Enable complete features' is selected in Logic preferences.
