Can't connect newer MacMini to older ones on network

We have a small network with 3 MacMinis. I just recently replaced one of them with a newer M2 running Sequoia I'll call WorkStation. It sees the other Macs on the network but I get Connection Failed when trying to connect to either of them. The previous MacMini running Catalina had no problem. I've checked all the obvious settings and all seem to be correct, Firewall off, etc. Network settings are okay as browsers and mail are working fine. One oddity though, is, the other 2 MacMinis do not see the WorkStation, even though they see and can connect to each other. I keep thinking there is something "easy" I'm overlooking but every "fix" I try doesn't work. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Did you ensure File Sharing is turned on Workstation?

Did you ensure Workstation is on the same subnet as the other Macs. I.e. if it is WiFI. 10.x.x.x subnets are commonplace, where wired 192.x.x.x are commonplace behind routers.

If they are not on the same subnet, you might have to do wireless distribution system or port mapping on Workstation's router to ensure the traffic gets through to Workstation.
