Unwanted microphone and Siri quiz boxes on iPhone screen

The box has a place to click that says “resume listening”. It also has a microphone.if you click the two what you say gets written down.

Original Title: 2 grey shadowy boxes have appeared on my screen .Thecround one says it is a Musuc Quiz from siri but the rectangle, claims to be a microphone that can record conversations it hears. whatis going on? How do i delete this from my phone?
