Re: " I am trying to connect my Costco Rexton Reach hearing aids to my Apple Watch Series 10
The hearing aids are connected to my iPhone. I am running iOS 18.6. It is an iPhone 14 Pro.
The Apple watch is a series 10 running watchOS 11.5."
Thankyou for your post to the community, and for the details you have included.
The Costco Rexton Reach hearing aids do not appear in Apple's list of Rexton iPhone compatible models.
List of Made for iPhone hearing devices - Apple Support
Seems that using Bluetooth would be the only way to connect to iPhone, and Watch if that is possble.
( ie: Apple's hearing-aid settings work with compatible hardware and software. )
There may or may not be an app available from the manufacturer for control of the hearing-aids with Watch.

Re: I am not getting any connections.
You may want to check through the linked article below:
There's a third-party (non-Apple) article online that may or mat be helpful in using your hearing aids with Apple Watch.
Eg: A few of the points the article makes:
Not every Bluetooth hearing aid will pair with an Apple Watch
- Check with your hearing aid provider to see if they can pair with your Apple Watch.
- You can’t pair your hearing aids and Apple Watch without your smartphone
- Download the app for your hearing aids to your smartphone to access the features on your Apple Watch.
There's quite a lot more info. in the article itself.
