Pages: To my great dismay, the Line Return shortcut (Option + Return) is not working anymore. Is it just me or did Apple suddenly decide to match this same terrible limitation that has plagued iOS users with keyboards? (Pages version 13.1 (7037.0.101))
Apple: Please to not only restore this labor saving shortcut for OSX, but, even better, add it to iOS for those of us using Pages on iPads with keyboards. :-)

If you are thinking about a soft return (shift+enter) or (ctrl+enter), these are still functional in Pages v14.4 on Sequoia v15.6.1. An option+Return just introduced a paragraph mark, just as an enter would.
The first paragraph remains true for Pages v13.1 in Monterey 12.7.6.

Pages for i/Pad/OS is a different application than the same version on the Mac — even with an iPad keyboard.
A keyboard return inserts a line feed (¶) aka paragraph mark. To insert a soft return isn't readily found and as far as I know, not a keyboard shortcut like it is on the Mac. The red box below will insert a soft return in Pages v14.4 for i/Pad/OS:

Fortunately, your guidance is correct. Thank you! (Perhaps I misremembered how this function worked?....) Does not work on iPad Pro with keyboard though. Will file a suggestion as this function would be very helpful in iOS.
