MacBook Air asks for password too often after sleep or screen saver

Change some of the System Setting >> Lock Screen

Then, Test your results

Are you using iPhone mirroring feature? If so and the field for require password is grayed out then do the following:

Open iphone mirroring app

click on settings

click "ask every time"

go back to the lock screen and set PW requirement to never
