Resolve 'MIDI out port setting' message in Logic Pro template

I get this message every time I open my template. (attached)

I previously owned a synth that I used the akai mpk2621 to send midi data out to and then in logic as an instrument channel. That was potentially baked into this template I use now. The template is very robust and I do not want to have to scrap it just over this annoying message every time I open logic that pops up (unless I have my akai mpk261 plugged in and turned on. Which isn't practical because most of my sessions are mixing.

I did ctrl+0 to go into the midi environment, tried to change some routing to bypass it, tried to use the apple midi studio to create an online virtual port, nope, and I checked to see if there was any track with data labelled as such.

Does anyone have any idea where this old port setting may be hiding for me to have this message stop?

I can open a new blank session with it off and no issues, it has to be something stored in this template somewhere I cannot figure it out for the life of me LOL, please help

Hi

Most likely, you have an 'Instrument' or 'Multi-Instrument' object configured for the MPK within your Environment setup.

I'd save a copy of the template for safety, then go find the offending objects and delete them
