How to tell if my iPhone is hijacked and how to stop it?

So I’ve been experiencing for quite some time as if somebody has hijacked my phone. Ive found pictures that have been altered with (stego ) been hiding stuff in my pictures. Has anybody else been experiencing this ? could someone please help me to get whoever’s in my phone out of my phone and show these people that I am being hijacked and figure out who it is!! It’s not only that but just a whole behavior of my phone. It’s completely been hijacked as if it’s being ran by another phone. If you will what they referred to as a cell phone or being sent to a proxy, can somebody help me to figure this out who has the knowledge to do this and who has the knowledge to help me I could really use your help
