Can Numbers use a data entry form to update spreadsheet data?

Is Numbers capable of loading spreadsheet data using a data entry form? My current tax deduction tracker application is shutting down. I moved the data by converting their table into a cvs file which I've successfully imported into a Numbers spreadsheet. If I can build a data entry front end to the spreadsheet, I would take care of my need to keep the database current.

Only in the iOS version of Numbers I believe. Not in MacOS version. In the MacOS version you enter the data in a row of the table. It might help to rearrange columns so that the manually entered data is in the first few columns and any related calculations are on the right, perhaps separated by a thick gridline or a narrow blank column with a color fill or with the calculated cells having a filled background as a visual sign to leave that side alone. You can create other tables or use pivot tables to extract, sort, filter, or arrange the data.
