Unable to bounce mp3, don't have permission

Hello, I'm using the trial of Logic Pro 11.2.2 and its no longer letting me bounce an MP3 or M4A:AAC to export it. Uncompressed Aif works... I tried resetting Logic preferences, then deleting the Plist file, then deleting Logic and reinstalling it...(Which restarted my 90 day trial period...which seems like a mistake...) but I still can't export an MP3....any advice?

Select aif and mp3. You can delete the aif file later, if you don't need it.

If that doesn't help, google for another solution, because I remember a similar post earlier.
