How to rent another 200 GB of icloud storage for $2.99instead of 2 TB for $9.99/month? I dont see any options other than 9.99/month which is not worth it to me. If I could find my older files I CAN DELETE a lot of stuff, but it seems to be very slow going.

IF you don't see it as an option, you either pay for the 2TB or do as you say delete data off your device to lower icloud storage.
