How can I remove the blue frame from my inserted photos in Pages?

My iPad recently has started adding a blue frame around any pics I insert into pages. I've tried disabling this under switch control etc but it doesn't work.

Does anyone know how to remove it?

Thanks

Apparently Bing search now has advice (though it did not the first time I checked). They recommend disabling full keyboard access. In my case, there wasn't any full keyboard access toggled on. The second recommendation was to look for switch control being enabled. Mine was also off so again, this didn't resolve it for me. The final recommendation from Bing was to adjust Page borders however I'm not seeing how to do that in Pages on an ipad. The only way I resolved this (without Apple support) was to click on the paintbrush icon in the upper righthand part of the screen. Then select "arrange", then select "more options" on the bottom. You will see the four corners have the circles again for resizing and not the blue outline. Simply click or use your finger to touch the screen again and the entire blue box is GONE!!! Apple removed my prior post with constructive points about the impact these things have on business and time management. I would like to see a response on how to disable it entirely, again time management as I now have to do this on every image added into Pages. Hope this was at least helpful and hope it actually stays up! BTW I am using an ipad Air 4th gen (haven't checked this out on my other ipad Pro yet).
