iPad Pro warranty claim with forgotten iCloud password and inaccessible recovery email
Dear AppleCare Team,
We are Zeal (Pvt) Ltd, an IT
solutions provider based in Sri Lanka. One of our customers purchased an iPad
Pro 11 (M4), Serial Number: VPQ26*****.
The device is currently not powering on,
and we forwarded it through our supplier to AppleCare. However, we were
informed that the device requires the iCloud account to be removed before
proceeding.
Unfortunately, the user has forgotten the iCloud password, and the
recovery email cannot be accessed since it was registered under their previous
company, which is no longer active.
We kindly request your guidance on the steps
required to proceed with the warranty claim for this device under these
circumstances.
