No one here can fix anything. This is a user to user only forum. If your phone is overheating and lagging, have you checked your Battery Health? Both issues you've described are symptomatic of a battery which may be failing, not necessarily an issue with iOS 26. Open Settings > Battery > Battery Health - if your battery health is close to or below 80%, the battery in your iPhone needs to be replaced, which will solve heating and lagging issues.

Ever since I updated to iOS 26, I haven’t been able to make call nor use my internet to browse but I can only receive calls. When I try to make calls it will be showing me call failed😢
Because of IOS 26 my iPhone starts turning off and it will switch on after couple of hours by it self
After updating to IOS 26 my camera quality changed it is a bit blurry it’s no longer the same

15 pro max Doesn’t work. Text messages will not open or do anything, does not let me click on message, calls do not work, cannot AirDrop, this phone does not work at all. How do I fix this?
Not happy - update has killed some of my apps like BBC News and BBC Sport. Neither work anymore.

Yes I’m experiencing the same issues
Brand new 17 Pro Max will not vibrate for any reason no matter what I do to the settings. Old phone also updated to iOS 26 works fine, so could be DOA hardware issue. Not sure.
It killed Spotify and YouTube for me
Thanks Chris, I already reported it to Apple. I posted it here in case anyone had an easy solution.
My AirPods disconnected from my iPhone and now am having hard time connecting any devices to Bluetooth saying error message connection unsuccessful.
I literally have the same thing as felly72 has and it was working fine before the update
