Outgoing call & outgoing SMS and Internet failed coming, only incoming call & SMS working. tried several way like : Reset, reistalled SIM etc. but no solve after updated iOS 26 these are the problem start facing, before update all working well.

First, try a Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
Beyond that, as you’ve apparently tried the “usual” steps, it’s now time to contact your mobile carrier.
Make sure that they understand that it was working before the iOS update.
(Perhaps they have a “Carrier Update” which needs to be “pushed” to your phone)
