Error downloading 1.32 GB for personal voice recording in iOS 26

I’m trying to record a personal voice but when I select continue recording it says check internet connection a one of download of 1.32 gb is required to continue has anyone else had this and is it a bug in iOS 26 I’ve got internet connection and my internet works fine I’ve restarted my iPhone and still shows the error and I’ve got enough storage why Apple please fix this

I’ve tried my cellular data and error still appears
