hi, I istalled tahoe today and after reboot my HD started to be filled up until I had no more free space. I deleted some files to free up space and it started again and I have almost no free space again.
I checked my storage and System data is increasing constantly even if nothing is running on the computer. What Can I do??

Thank you for your quick answers. I discovered that BOX app, a cloud storage service, was taking all the space on my disk. I deleted the app and get my HD space back!

You can try reinstalling the macOS onn top of the existing macOS to sort anomalies

I had to erase and reinstall the os from recovery which lowered the system data number.
Good detective work. On my work Mac, which is still on Sequoia, I have both Box and Egnyte. The latter does keep a 200 GB 'cache' that macOS 'Storage' reports as Applications, Box usage is nominal but I'll keep an eye on that when I move that Mac to Tahoe (which probably won't be until 26.1).
