getting charged tax for tik tok ads when paying with apple pay
my apple pay is set up to pay by my company credit card. If i pay with the card directly, i don't get charged tax, but if i use apple pay, i DO get charged tax. How do i resolve this?
If Apple has nexus within the state or region you reside or the cards billing address is associated with, Apple is required to charge sales tax. When you pay directly, it’s the nexus of the company you’re paying and their relationship with your state.
