LE Audio is needed for hearing aids

It is absurd that Apple denies its customers from having LE Audio. My iphone 15 pro supposedly has hardware that could support the LC3+ codec. This is far superior to the hacked MFi protocol used by Apple with hearing aids. This needs to be addressed. I am a long time Apple customers with macs, ipads and phones that is close to replacing with non-Apple gear.
