I find the new keyboard harder to type on, can I switch to the old one? I’ve had iphones since the iPhone 4, never had this problem beofre.

You can't do that. If the native iOS keyboard doesn't work for you, there are loads of 3rd party keyboards in the App Store you could try.
How am I supposed to adapt to Apple completely changing words I type into different ones even thought I typed the original one correctly
I absolutely HATE the size of "the new" keyboard.
This may "push me" to FINALLY ditch my iPhone + purchase an android.
