I know a lot of scammers have bogus addresses and urls. I need Apple to verify if this is fraud and, if it is, please investigate. BTW, this isn't the first email and I have also received text messages.

That message is fake. If it referenced Apple's iCloud+ service, forward it to reportphishing@apple.com as an attachment; otherwise, contact the people it claimed to be from.
For reference, the people on these boards are mostly other customers and can't investigate it.

It’s a scam.
Simply block, report and delete the message.

The repeated allegations of “urgency” are clear red flags.
No legitimate business sends an email
stating that any service is expiring TODAY as their “First Notice.”
Absolutely fraud. No legitimate company ever sends out threatening emails like that, trying to pressure the user into responding.
