Mouse not working properly after macOS Tahoe update on MacBook Pro

Normally In Dota 2 Game when you move the mouse cursor to the most above the screen It moves the game map up.

However after Tahoe upgrade when I move the mouse cursor to the most above the screen the map does not move!

How can I fix It?
