Unresponsive AppleCare assistance for 3 days on iPad

When I call for assistance or help I receive this message “due to high call volume your call will answered shortly” yet after 30 minutes of music I have no help and hang up. This same scenario has been repeated for the last 3 days.

Like Johnathan Burger suggests, I would make it a point to stay on the line for longer than 30 minutes before giving up, seeing as you've already spent 3 days now with no help. Even if you were on hold constantly for (example) 1 hour and then got help, wouldn't that outweigh 3 days being with no help?


Charge your phone's battery, pick a time when you can wait it out and make the call.
